Day 1 :Arrival Leh Airport (IXL) - Shanti Stupa Sightseeing & Market Visit - Leh (11811 Ft / 3600 Mts, 10 Kms / 35m Drive) After reaching Leh airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Spend the day in the hotel resting and acclimatizing while drinking plenty water. Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace and the Market in the evening. Overnight stay in Leh. Dinner

Day 2 :Leh - Local Sightseeing (Monasteries) - Leh Hemis, Thiksey & Shey (11800 Ft / 3600 Mts, 40 Kms / 01 to 01 ½ Hrs Drive from Leh) After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing on the Leh – Manali Highway. Visit the Hemis Monastery, Thikshey Monastery, Rancho School (Druk Padma School) and Shey Palace. Return back to Leh for an overnight stay. BreakfastDinner

Day 3 :Leh - Local Sightseeing - Leh (11811 Ft / 3600 Mts, 30 Kms) After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing on the Leh - Srinagar Highway. Visit the Hall of Fame. This is a museum maintained by the Indian Army showcasing their strength during the different wars fought, Kali Mata Temple (Spituk Monastery) & Gurudwara Patthar Sahib supposed to be built to mark the visit of Guru Nanak Dev to this area. Proceed further and experience the effects of Magnetic Hill which is set to defy the law of gravity and admire the confluence of Indus & Zanskar (Sangam). Return back to Leh for an overnight stay. Optional: 1. Light & Sound show (Closed on Monday) at Hall of Fame in the evening on the basis of extra transport & entry ticket cost. Day 4 :Leh - Nubra (10000 Ft / 3048 Mts, 130 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive) After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla Pass. En route, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (17,582 Ft / 5,359 Mts). Continue down to Nubra - known for its picturesque valley featuring sand dunes, bactarian camels, the swift Shyok River, and the Diskit Monstery. Upon reaching Nubra, check-in & relax. Late afternoon head out for camel rides, ATV ride options and walk around the quiet neighborhood. Overnight stay in Nubra. BreakfastDinner

Day 5 :Nubra - Excursion to Turtuk + Thang View Point - Nubra Turtuk (10010 Ft / 3050 Mt, 89 Kms / 03 hrs one way) After breakfast drive to Turtuk (which is first time opened for the tourist in 2010) which is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war, the village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. The village with the whole population of Muslims still resembles mini Pakistan. The village's inhabitants still use traditional utensils which are crafted from stone. Explore the village of Turtuk, the village offers views of beautiful valley, part of Shyok Valley. Though a Muslim village, there are few Gompas located on the plateau above Shyok River and there is an old Royal House to see in village. Also visit Thang View Point (Last village of India, beyond which one can see the Indo-Pak border) & then return to Hundar / Sumur by the evening. Overnight stay in Nubra. BreakfastDinner

Day 6 :Nubra – Pangong Pangong Tso (14270 Ft / 4350 Mts, 140 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive) via Agyam-Shyok route After breakfast, we will start the day following the same route towards Leh until Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area and walk along its banks, do a bit of bird watching. Spend the evening walking along the shores of the lake. Overnight stay in Pangong. Note: Between mid-June to mid-August, the road from Nubra to Pangong via Shyok may occasionally be closed due to a sudden rise in water levels caused by heavy glacier melt. In such situations, the route will be diverted via Warila or Leh, which may extend the travel time by approximately 2-3 hours. An additional transport supplement of INR 3,500 per vehicle will be applicable over and above the quoted package cost if travel is routed via Warila or Leh. BreakfastDinner

Day 7 :Pangong - Leh (11483 Ft / 3500 Mts, 140 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive one way approx) After breakfast, travel back to Leh. En-route take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea and drive back to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh. BreakfastDinner
